Two days of Hands on Herbal Wisdom in Sheboygan, WI

Preserving Herbs and Food: Jams, Jellies, Vinegars, Syrups and more!!

 Learn to preserve herbs and food for use during the winter months. It is such a delight to open a jar of herbal Syrup in the middle of the winter: with it's rich flavor and reminders of lazy summer days. Join us for this fun, informative and inspiring class. We will learn various ways to prepare herbs and food and store them for winter use including canning, pickling, using honey for syrups, dehydrating, jellies, jams and much more!! 

August 23rd (10am-4pm)  

Topical Application of Herbs

Join herbalist Linda Conroy for this fun and informative day. Learn to create your own herbal oils, salves, ointments, creams, lotions and more from fresh natural ingredients. Whether you collect herbs from your garden or the farmers market you will be inspired to bring these delightful allies into your body care rituals. Combining hands on experience with discussion we will learn this time honored way of using herbs for nourishing as well as healing. You will take home some of our creations.

Registration information fee includes a whole and wild food lunch each day:
