About the event
Sauna Synergy is a collaborative effort to bring you a space for community and nature immersed in deep and meaningful experiences. Multiple wood fired saunas, collaborations, workshops, music and movement for you to enjoy at this weekend campout retreat. Weather is Irrelevant! Spring can bring a wide range of weather potentialities, but our event is bad weather resistant. Sauna Synergy will be taking place outside AND within a large beautiful barn at the ranch.

On Friday, April 11th 3-5 pm, join Linda Conroy for this separately ticketed workshop during Sauna Synergy Weekend. This will be a fun and engaging walk, as we visit the spring emerging plants and discuss their applications for food and medicine and more.
