Preserving the Harvest: The Bubbling Crock

Join Linda Conroy to learn to chop fresh vegetables and transform them into a delightful ferment. In this class, we will make or discuss sauerkraut, carrot kraut and kimchi. Everyone will take home a jar of fermented vegetables to finish the fermentation process at home. Held at and sponsored by Willy Street Cooperative in Middleton, WI.
