Herbs for Supporting The Nervous System Virtual Program.
During these stressful times, herbs can be powerful allies for maintaining health as well as addressing stress and anxiety. In this program, Elder Herbalist Linda Conroy offered practical approaches to maintaining nervous system health. She will discuss ways to best prepare herbs for specific issues including sleep, anxiety, depression, sadness, and more. Everyone will receive an extensive handout as well as a video recording of the program.
